Job Description Join a dynamic land development consulting firm as a Landscape Architect, where you will play a crucial role in shaping residential, mixed-use, commercial, and institutional projects. This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff and collaborate on design drawings. You will engage in environmental assessments and prepare plans for agency approval, while participating in regular client and agency meetings. A deep understanding of development design and local agency review processes is essential. Responsibilities
- Work on a diverse range of projects including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and institutional.
- Mentor junior staff and assist in developing design drawings.
- Conduct environmental assessments and prepare plans for agency approval.
- Engage in regular meetings with clients and agencies.
- Understand and navigate development design and review processes of local agencies.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a landscape architect.
- Proficiency in both artistic and production aspects of landscape architecture.
- Experience with landscape design, site plans, development plans, and engineering.
- Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Civil 3D.
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and project planning software is beneficial.
- Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) is a plus but not required.
