As a Facilities Contract Services Manager, you will be responsible for utilizing best practices to increase planning and execution efficiency and to deliver services that fully meet the Cleveland Clinic's requirements at the lowest lifecycle cost. You will also provide operations management and contract administration for enterprise-wide outsourced facilities services related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and other facility support areas across Cleveland Clinic properties.

A caregiver in this position works on a hybrid schedule, with two in-office days and three remote days each week, MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The caregiver must reside in Northeast Ohio.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Oversees Facilities Support Vendor Contracts for maintenance, repair, and restoration of assets to maintain facility operability (e.g., pump replacements, door repairs, flood cleanup).
Partners with Supply Chain to align vendor strategy, procurement processes, and sourcing of facility products and parts.
Provides day-to-day quality assurance of service contracts through performance sampling, site audits, tenant interviews, and subject matter expertise .
Maintains and updates contract specifications based on facility changes, inventory shifts, or budget considerations.
Collaborates with facility directors and leadership to identify energy reduction targets, plan related projects, and secure necessary funding.
Coordinates project implementation to meet energy and infrastructure goals.
Oversees enterprise-wide contracted property management services.
Reviews service provider contracts to define performance expectations, evaluation methods, and conduct timely quality reviews.
Ensures service quality and value through inspections, performance data, and stakeholder feedback.
Maintains working knowledge of relevant regulations and ensures departmental compliance.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or facilities management related fields.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in contractor/vendor management.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include :
Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
Experience with hospital Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design and/or contract oversight experience preferred.
Experience with elevator mechanics

Physical Requirements:
Requires the ability to sit and be stationary for prolonged periods of time, normal or corrected vision and manual dexterity sufficient to perform work on a personal computer.
