HVAC Mechanic Repair & Troubleshooting Specialist**

Are you an experienced HVAC mechanic with a strong background in repair and troubleshooting? Were looking for a skilled technician to join our team in West Los Angeles for a first shift role. If your expertise lies in diagnosing and fixing HVAC systemsnot just installing themwe want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues across residential and light commercial settings
+ Perform repairs on a wide range of HVAC equipment including furnaces, heat pumps, and split systems
+ Conduct routine maintenance and ensure systems are operating efficiently
+ Accurately document service calls and communicate findings with customers and team members
**Requirements:**
+ 45 years of hands-on HVAC repair and troubleshooting experience (not just installation)
+ Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and controls
+ EPA Certification preferred
+ Valid drivers license and clean driving record
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
**Please Note:**
This role is not a fit for candidates with only HVAC installation experience. Repair and troubleshooting expertise is a must.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
