Renovation Technician**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a Renovation Technician, where you will work in pairs to renovate vacant apartments in Santa Ana. Your tasks will involve basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall patching, ensuring each apartment is in pristine condition.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform basic plumbing tasks such as changing faucets and shower heads.

+ Conduct basic electrical work including installing ceiling fans.

+ Execute basic carpentry tasks like installing baseboards and door casings.

+ Patch holes and replace sections of drywall as needed.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in at least two of the following skills: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair.

+ Experience with hand and power tools such as sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nailgun, and grinder.

**Work Environment**

Work the first shift from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, as part of a collaborative team refurbishing vacant apartments.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
