What you’ll do as an Aerial Superintedent
- Walkout projects and submit SOW totals
- Review and approve all production
- Keep complete and submit job closeout packages
- Be aware of all vehicle and equipment needs and condition, as well as employee performance and needs
- Effectively write reports, internal site audits, and manage employee time sheets
- Review and interpret drawings and specifications
- Performs other duties as assigned
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- 3-5 years supervisory experience required in Aerial construction
- Excellent communication skills required at all levels
- Ability to perform and/or manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize responsibility
- Good understanding of OSHA requirements
- Osha 30 certification
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proficiency with Word/ Google & Excel programs
- Have a valid C Drivers License
- Must be knowledgeable in Aerial Construction
- Able to read prints and line out crews
Physical abilities & exposures
- Working outdoors subject to inclement weather conditions inclement weather conditions
- Stand/walk for long periods
- Willing to work weekends when required
