About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end wireless network deployment programs, including Macro, Small Cell, and In-Building initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, and drive progress across multiple wireless organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical PM experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to process and filter large datasets logically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead wireless network deployment projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate across multiple teams within the wireless group
• Manage issues related to data integrity, porting, and cross-functional dependencies
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Analyze and process large datasets to identify trends and inform decisions
• Build strong relationships with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership
• Conduct effective meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of technical project management experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills: run meetings, assign tasks, track progress
• Data processing and logic-based filtering across multiple projects
• Proven ability to build relationships across engineering and stakeholder teams

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of wireless project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or PMP certification
• Understanding of wireless network architecture and engineering organizations
• Experience in Macro, Small Cell, and In-Building wireless deployments
