Note: The hourly rate for this position is $26 - $33 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: Start Time: 7 am Daily from Congers Shop Location
• Work on residential and commercial sites within a 60-mile radius of Congers, NY
• Perform framing, decking, kitchen cabinet installs, bathroom builds, drywall/sheetrock, siding, trim and molding
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Lead small crews or act as team lead when needed
• Participate in walk-throughs with inspectors when required
• Maintain safety and quality standards across job sites

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid, clean driver's license
• OSHA Certification or a willingness to obtain it preferred
• Proficient in framing, decking, and sheetrock installation
• Skilled in installing kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures, siding, trim, and molding
• Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to interpret and build from blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
• Experience with both residential and commercial building environments
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately
• Knowledge of building codes and inspection requirements
• Ability to assess structural work, identify issues, and make field adjustments
• Capable of leading a small crew or stepping into a team lead role as needed
• Comfortable doing walk-throughs with inspectors or clients
• Able to communicate clearly with foremen, site supervisors, and bilingual crews
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 60 miles for jobs
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience, Experience working in both commercial and residential environments
• Must pass a Tier One background check including NSOR and MVR
