Commercial Special Projects Plumbing Estimator

Come join us! We are a medium sized mechanical contractor that is growing. We have several projects coming up and plan to continue to grow. Bring your plumbing estimating expertise and become a part of our growing family. We are looing for Sr. Level experience. Someone versed with estimating software, comfortable bidding multi-million dollar projects with high level of detail working in tandem with our other plumbing and mechanical estimators.

Our ideal Candidate:

• Thoroughly review contract bid documents.

• Perform detailed Plumbing and equipment takeoff’s.

• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors.

• Prepare and submit detailed requests for information.

• Provide input on construction schedules.

Must have great communication, organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
