We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work on the Owner's Project Management Team with experience in the management of building design and construction projects to deliver Construction Administration services for both renovation and new construction building projects in Massachusetts and the surrounding states. This position will support multiple projects concurrently and projects may be in more than one location. Projects will range in construction costs from $500K to $50M and involve management of all phases of work from site selection, pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, programming, A/E/C team selection, design and construction management, FF&E procurement and installation, equipment planning and move coordination.

Here's what you'll need
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture required
3+ years of related construction project management experience with construction building projects
Experience supporting multiple projects concurrently
Knowledge of materials, methods and techniques used in building construction and the ability to recognize faulty construction or hazardous conditions
Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
Experience managing construction public and private projects in Higher Education, K-12, and Healthcare and of the Massachusetts State Building Codes and related references
Working knowledge of scheduling and project management software
OSHA 30 certification

85,000.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
110,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $110,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
