Milwaukee. As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you\'ll play a key role in

experience Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Summary of Duties As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be a go-to

expert for ensuring the smooth operation of heating, ventilation, and

air conditioning systems across a diverse mix of new, aging, and

historic buildings, including residence halls and apartments. You\'ll be

responsible for: Troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems to keep our

buildings running efficiently. Performing regular preventative

maintenance to avoid breakdowns and ensure consistent performance.

Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues related to

HVAC equipment. Monitoring system performance and making adjustments to

improve energy efficiency. Collaborating with the facilities team to

support general building maintenance. Responding promptly to maintenance

requests and ensuring minimal disruption to daily campus operations.

Keeping your working area safe, wearing and/or using appropriate safety

equipment and tools, and abiding by established safety policies and
