Welder**
**Job Description**
+ We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team, focusing on welding large equipment using MIG, Flux, and Metalcore welding processes.
+ Candidates will work with steel materials up to 9 inches thick, where multi-pass welding experience is advantageous.
+ 1st and 2nd shift available on a Monday-Thursday schedule with optional overtime on Fridays!
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform welding on large equipment using MIG, Flux, and Metalcore processes.
+ Complete weld qualification tests successfully.
+ Read and follow detailed instructions to ensure consistent welding within specified parameters.
+ Meet physical demands such as stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, and standing.
+ Inspect parts prior to fitting and ensure proper alignment and orientation.
+ Visually inspect parts and joints for cleanliness and proper conformance.
+ Fit parts while adhering to specifications.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 to 5+ years of current and directly related welding experience.
+ Proficiency in MIG, Flux core, and Metalcore welding processes.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

**Pay**
+ $23-30/hour+ based off of interview/weld test and previous work experience.
