Self-Perform Construction Manager

This responsibility is in tandem with working closely with members of the project management, infrastructure engineering, project controls, procurement, maintenance, and operations departments from preconstruction through completion and start of production. The Sr. Construction Manager oversees all self-perform work in Nevada for both mechanical and electrical teams. This oversight and management includes scheduling of self-perform teams, material and equipment procurement, utility, structure, and vendor tool installations, resolving day to day construction issues, performing day to day inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedule and budget.

Skills and Requirements

*20+ years' experience in construction supervision required.

*15+ years' experience in managing field personnel required.

*10+ electrical construction experience as both a tradesman and supervisor required.

*10+ mechanical process piping construction experience as both a tradesman and supervisor required. Knowledge of process pipe welding procedures and processes are required.

*Experience driving trades workers to meet safety, schedule, and production milestones is required.

*Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field a plus.

*Experience managing a team of superintendents and field crews for both electrical and mechanical scopes. -C1 or C2 -- state contractors/contractor licensing null
