- 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.
- 2 years of experience managing technical teams, vendor or contract management and delivery.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in data center operations, including large-scale infrastructure, network/compute architecture and Linux/Unix administration.
- Experience initiating and executing strategic initiatives in a global environment.
- Experience working with third-party colocation providers.
- Ability to drive safety culture and strengthen team collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Your role includes managing installations, troubleshooting issues and guiding project teams.
The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead a team by setting priorities, conducting performance reviews and providing coaching to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive facility strategies and achieve objectives.
- Monitor security and operational procedures, analyze trends and implement improvements in line with policies.
- Maintain and repair equipment, servers and infrastructure including preventative measures.
- Implement and support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and compliance programs, collaborating with teams to investigate, resolve and report environmental and safety incidents.
