This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $29.50/hour based on experience plus $140/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope: Fitting Carbon Steel CRES and Copper Nickel Piping End Prep Piping by Hand and/or with Wach or Portsmouth Machine Installing Pipe Hangers Prep and Fitup Backing Rings Clean Cut/Break Pipe with Grinder Hand Prep V Bevels Fabrication of various details & assemblies from drawings Bend pipe from template & in the use of hand bender Fit welded sockets Fit brazed joints with/without insert ring Requirements: Minimum of 3 Years as a Marine Commercial Nuclear or Petro/Chem First Class Pipefitter Ability to Read and Interpret Ship Piping Drawings Ability to end prep piping by hand and/or with Wach or Portsmouth Machine Ability to read a ruler using inches and tenths Experience in Fabrication of Various Details an Assemblies from Drawings Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
