**Qualifications Needed:**

- Strong experience in medium voltage power design and load flow analysis.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, and EasyPower; familiarity with PowerTools SKM and Revit is desirable.
- Solid understanding of Rural Utility Standards (RUS), IEEE Standards, and the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Experienced in large capital project environments and construction processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
