Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Architect with a strong background in Tosca automation and Telecom domain expertise . This role demands hands-on technical leadership, test architecture design, and strong familiarity with modern testing tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping testing strategies, leading automation efforts, and ensuring quality across telecom platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust test architectures and automation frameworks using Tosca .

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers; provide technical direction and architectural guidance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to define quality standards and test strategies.

  • Utilize JIRA , qTest , and Tableau for defect tracking, test management, and reporting.

  • Create and maintain JIRA dashboards for leadership visibility and tracking.

  • Ensure test coverage aligns with Agile methodologies such as TDD (Test Driven Development) and DDD (Domain Driven Design) .

  • Act as a domain SME and contribute to process improvement across the QA lifecycle.

  • Work closely with DevOps teams for integration into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing with a minimum of 3 5 years as a Test Architect .

  • Recent and strong Telecom domain experience is mandatory (OSS/ BSS, VoLTE, 5G, or related platforms).

  • Proven experience with Tosca Automation framework development, test case design, execution.

  • Proficient in JIRA , qTest , and Tableau .

  • Strong understanding of test strategy , release processes , and test data management .

  • Hands-on knowledge of TDD/DDD and Agile QA practices.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to align test strategy with business and technical goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading testing teams in Agile/DevOps environments.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

  • Prior experience working with major Telecom clients like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Ericsson, Nokia, etc.
