Underground Pipe Foreman/Superintendent

Key Responsibilities
Supervision: Oversee the activities of pipefitters and other crew members, ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently.
Planning and Organization: Review construction plans, determine necessary materials and equipment, and develop work schedules.
Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets required specifications and standards, conducting pressure tests and checking for leaks.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting daily huddles and job hazard analyses to promote a safe work environment.
Communication: Coordinate with other foremen and supervisors to ensure smooth operations across different trades on the site.
Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance and training to new workers, enhancing their skills and knowledge in pipe installation and repair.
