Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a dependable Top Helper for Plumbers for a nursing home project in Hardy, VA. We're looking for someone who knows the basics of plumbing and is ready to assist with installing valves and roughing in bathrooms.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting plumbers with valve installation and bathroom rough-ins

• Supporting water and drain line layout and prep

• Learning on the job while contributing to daily progress

• Maintaining a clean and safe job site

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a plumber helper or entry-level plumber

• Must understand basic plumbing skills and be ready to work

• Must have basic hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)

• Strong work ethic and willingness to follow direction

• Reliable transportation
