Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring skilled Electricians for a project in Allen, TX focused on running underground conduit. While excavators will be on site, electricians will still need to perform some manual shovel work to ensure proper conduit installation. The client has a preference for local candidates who are reliable and ready to work.

Work Scope Includes:

• Running and installing underground conduit

• Performing manual trench cleanup and adjustments as needed

• Assisting with layout and conduit alignment

• Ensuring code-compliant and accurate installations

• Supporting additional site tasks as directed

Requirements:

• Commercial electrical experience, preferably with underground installs

• Comfortable with light manual labor (shovel work) despite machine excavation

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions

• Local candidates preferred
