Small aggressive firm in business for 12-years with existing client base is seeking a motivated technical construction estimator with background in commercial DOD / MEPS systems. Candidate will be expected to work with sales department to perform detailed cost analysis for specialty government structures that are mobile or container based. A working knowledge of 1-line diagrams, HVAC load calcs, and fiber / copper communications networks is required. Ideal candidate has both practical construction background, military experience and thrives on non-traditional construction for world-wide applications. SGT offers a stable career with advancement in scope and salary. Base salary + bonus compensation. No medical. Possible work from home within the right environment. Retired or former military personnel a plus.
