Hill Concrete Solutions LLC is a family-owned business specializing in top-quality concrete work for residential and small commercial projects in Brevard County. With years of experience and a reputation for excellence, we pride ourselves on our commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a skilled and reliable Concrete Finisher/Laborer to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete

- Operate hand and power tools to finish concrete surfaces, including trowels, screeds, and power grinders

- Understand and interpret construction schematics for accurate project execution

- Conduct heavy lifting and physical labor as required for concrete work

-Set and align forms to ensure accurate dimensions and a smooth finish

-Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role

- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment

- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks involving heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

-Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

- Good communication and teamwork skills

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from jobsite
