Key responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end contract processes including negotiation, review, redlining, and execution of contracts up to $1 million. Engage directly with customers to establish fair and commercially sound contractual terms and resolve issues. Assess contract terms and conditions to identify risk exposures and ensure alignment with company standards. Request exception approvals from Sales Management for non-standard or high-risk contract elements.
