Pay Range: $23.00 an hourJob Responsibilities
Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
Use hands and machines to do job with great precision
Ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for final product
Mentor / coach other team members to build expertise and process excellence
Check output to ensure high quality standard
Maintain equipment and area in good and clean condition
Report on issues, malfunctions, or defective parts
Use appropriate hand and power tools to properly measure, cut, assemble, weld
Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years' expertise in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, Laser Welding and Stick welding multiple types of metals including but not limited to carbon steel, stainless, aluminum (8G - 16G)
Must be able to read blueprints and other engineering drawings in order to efficiently perform work.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety protocols
Certification in welding and able to successfully pass a weld test.
Must be able to assist do all functions for welding & meet all physical demands
Overtime as require
Lift up to 35 lbs. on a consistent basis.
Valid Driver's license; have reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
