Qualifications and responsibilities for this Precision Grind Operator position include: High school diploma or GED required Training experience in manufacturing or precision grinding Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Operate and maintain grinding equipment such as Eco/Trode and Okamoto machines Perform visual inspections using 10x loupe, sharpen blades using hand tools, and test blade quality Use LYNQ software for timekeeping and labor reporting Adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and 5S practices Train less experienced employees and participate in inventory counts and continuous improvement efforts Salary: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
