Job Summary

The Fire Alarm Installer will perform installations of fire alarm wire, trim out devices, read prints, and do As Built. As a fire alarm installer, this person is expected to be self-motivated, and self-managed.

Responsibilities

Perform installation/programming on fire alarm systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational/product manuals.

Carry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds,

Maintain a clean and safe work area, pick up and properly dispose of all trash

Complete and submit time reports and other documents as required.

Bring to the immediate attention of the supervisor all changes, discrepancies, and coordination problems that impair service activities or schedules.

Perform other duties as directed.

Requirements

NICET certification (Preferred)

FAL Certification (Preferred)

Must have a valid driver's license

Follow verbal and written instructions.
