Roofers and Laborers

Twin City Roofing is central North Dakota's largest locally owned commercial roofing applicator. We specialize in the application of high quality single-ply membrane roof systems. Our award-winning crews are recognized nationally for their quality workmanship.

We are looking for commercial roofers and laborers that we can train to become future leaders that will excel within the company. Qualified applicants must be hardworking, reliable, physically able to lift over 50 lbs. routinely. Prior roofing experience not required. A good attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn are your keys to success, and you will be trained by some of the best roofers in the industry.

We offer highly competitive wages with periodic pay increases based on individual performance. We also provide top tier medical/dental insurance, a 401K w/ employer matching, supplemental and disability insurance as well as year-end bonuses based on company performance.

• Starting wage is $23.00 per hour plus Medical, Dental, AFLAC, 401K, and Bonuses
• Weekly pay via direct deposit. Periodic pay increases based on your individual performance
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous construction experience is helpful, but not required
• Drivers license is preferred, but not required. You at least need reliable transportation to our facilities
