Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a skilled carpenter and handyman who's a true team player. You're motivated, independent, and you understand the importance of hitting production goals. You take pride in your work, communicate well, and enjoy the variety of building everything from backyard sheds to dreamy chicken coops. Responsibilities: Construct and assemble outdoor buildings (sheds, coops, barns, greenhouses, cottage ADUs) Work collaboratively with the Outdoor Building Unit team to meet production timelines and quality standards Safely operate hand and power tools (must have your own tools) Follow blueprints and detailed plans Maintain a clean and organized worksite Lift and move materials up to 70 lbs as needed Communicate clearly and positively with team members and customers Highly Desirable Skills: Welding experience Basic electrical or plumbing knowledge (a plus, not required) Problem-solving and creative thinking Requirements: Proven carpentry and/or handyman experience Must have your own tools Able to lift 70 lbs Must pass a drug test Reliable, punctual, and ready to start immediately For immediate response, please text or email: immediate availability - can you start today? describe the types of projects you have been working on? do you have your own tools? post id: ... updated: [ ]
