What You'll Do Sort and place materials and items on racks, shelves or bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product codeAssist in performing inventory on materialsAssist in unloading and loading customersAssist in filling work/shipping ordersPerform a wide range of physical activities which include pulling, pushing, reaching, bending over, climbing, and kneelingAssemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets, shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping departmentMaintain work area and location organized and clean for orderliness at all timesOperate a forklift, truck and trailerPerforming Hot Shot runs to different locationsOther duties as assigned in general support of the organizationWhat You'll Need Minimum 1 year experience in construction and or manufacturing environmentAbility to communicate with customers, employees, and business leadersAbility to work in uncontrolled climate environment and in the elementsAbility to operate hand toolsMust be able to stand for long periods of time, stretch, bend and use hands and fingers in repetitive motionsValid drivers licenseYour Education High School Diploma or GED preferredWe are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
