Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Architect position include: 8+ years of experience as a Landscape Architect, including 5+ years of Project Management Design/Build experience and a deep focus on high-end luxury residential projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp is required Strong project management skillsmust be able to lead projects from conception through completion Ability to take over project management responsibilities from the principal Highly detail-oriented with a passion for design beyond schematic concepts Confident in client communications and consultant coordination Comfortable working in a small team environment and contributing to both design and strategy Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
