CNC Operator Location: Plant City, FL Job Type: Full-Time Company Overview: Join a dynamic and growing team in the metal fabrication industry! Job Description: As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines and other metal fabrication equipment such as shears and drill presses. You will work closely with the production team to ensure parts are manufactured to specification and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines for metal cutting and fabrication Use shears and drill presses as needed Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Monitor production processes and perform quality checks Maintain a clean and safe work environment Required Skills: Basic understanding of CNC operations Familiarity with metal fabrication tools (shear, drill press) Ability to read blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn and grow within the role Experience Level: On-the-job training provided Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Competitive pay and benefits Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
