Excellent understanding of Test design and architecture mapping

Excellent understanding of Telecom Domain

Excellent understanding of release process

Excellent understanding of TOSCA, JIRA, QTest, Tableau

Should be able to create JIRA dashboards

Should have experience with TOSCA automation

Should be well versed with terminologies like TDD/DDD, etc.

Excellent communication skills

Good technical alignment towards the project

Should be able to lead/architect the team technically.

We have an immediate need for a Test Architect with strong expertise in Tosca and recent experience in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of test design principles, automation frameworks, and domain-driven testing methodologies. This role is crucial in defining the testing architecture and providing technical leadership across multiple releases, ensuring test effectiveness and system integrity in telecom environments.

To be successful in this position, one needs to have a solid understanding of telecom systems and release processes, with hands-on experience in tools such as Tosca, JIRA, QTest, and Tableau. The candidate must be able to build and manage JIRA dashboards, drive Tosca automation initiatives, and apply methodologies like TDD and DDD effectively. Strong communication skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to lead or architect a testing team are essential.

This role is open for candidates who can work from Kansas, Atlanta, or Seattle (in order of priority).
