Heavy Civil Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to help lead $2M-$10M civil site projects across the Nashville metro area, with no out-of-town travel. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Project Manager position include: Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management (10+ preferred) Read and interpret grading and utility plans, specifications, and geotechnical info Manage dirt and rock excavation, site utility installation, and subcontractor coordination Schedule, manage crews and foremen, and line up materials and trucks Experience with Caterpillar equipment and heavy civil construction processes preferred Ensure OSHA compliance, safety, and quality on-site Act as liaison with subcontractors, clients, and municipalities Knowledge of construction software like Excel, AGTEK, or Procore (training provided) Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
