HVAC Duct Installer: 25-32 An Hour

Location: Lexington, KY Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Benefits Included Are you a detail-oriented HVAC professional with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? We're looking for a Commercial HVAC Duct Installer to join our growing team and help deliver top-tier mechanical systems to our clients. What You'll Do: Install, assemble, and secure commercial HVAC ductwork (sheet metal and flex) according to blueprints and specifications. Measure and cut ductwork to fit designated spaces using hand and power tools. Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate installations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and company safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC duct installation. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of duct layout, airflow, and system design. Familiarity with tools such as snips, shears, brakes, and duct lifts. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. EPA certification and OSHA 10/30 are a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
