Pipe Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$24.00 to $31.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 02:30pm)
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
Prepare and align pipe sections and fittings before welding.
Use welding methods such as TIG, MIG, and stick welding to fuse pipes.
Inspect and test welded joints for strength and leaks.
Ensure welds meet industry codes and safety standards.
Maintain tools and equipment and follow workplace safety procedures.
Pipe Welder Qualifications:
Proficiency in various welding techniques (TIG, MIG, Stick)
Knowledge of welding safety practices with proper PPE (welding hood, welding gloves, steel toe boots)
Ability to read technical drawings.
Attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination.
Welding Certification required
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
