Shop Laborer Required Aerotek Is Hiring in Spokane Valley, WA**

**About the Role**

Join a well-established stainless steel fabrication company specializing in custom tanks for fuel, food, water, and alcohol processing. As a Shop Laborer, youll be the utility playerhandling everything from fabrication and welding to deliveries and general shop support. This is a hands-on role with room to grow into welding or machine operation.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Pack and prep products for shipment

+ Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts & overhead cranes

+ Drive company truck/trailer for pickups and deliveries

+ Cut, drill, sand, and shear stainless steel sheets

+ Set up and operate welding equipment

+ Inspect and finish welds to meet quality standards

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

+ Fabrication experience and MIG welding skills (TIG is a plus)

+ Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long hours

+ High school diploma or GED

**Preferred Skills**

+ Vocational welding or trade school

+ Familiarity with stainless steel grades and finishing tools

+ Experience with drill press, shear, band saw, and other shop equipment

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
