Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all restoration projects from start to completion, on time and on budget. PMs work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.
Base Salary up to $75,000 - $100,000 per year + performance bonus

Role on the Team (Job Functions):
  • Lead and manage the start and completion of restoration projects using Company Resources and sub-contractor trades.
  • Interact and communicate with customers and Carriers frequently on status of the project
  • Create work orders for projects
  • Schedule Vendors and sub-contractors for repairs to be completed
  • Manage an on-site Foreman on each project
  • Review estimates and ensure budgets are met
  • Provide weekly updates on all projects that are active
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while remaining on budget
  • Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality and for training opportunities
  • Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
Team Qualifications ( Requirements):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in Construction and Construction Management/Supervision
  • Five years or more of Management or Leadership experience in Restoration/Construction industry
  • Ability to lead and develop team
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated to get results
  • Loves working with clients and tradesman
  • Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility

Preferred:
  • Associate or bachelors degree or equivalent experience
