JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Shipping Supervisor in training team members and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment of quality products.
• Maintain current training across all shipping functions and provide assistance to team members as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the work area.
• Complete all required documentation and perform scheduled product quality checks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership / communication and capabilities.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; must be able to interpret and explain documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Bilingual skills are beneficial.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Forklift and/or pallet jack certification as provided by the company

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pulling, and bending.
• Ability to routinely lift over 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors, and on refrigerated trucks.
