Are you a talented Civil Engineer passionate about site design and engineering, particularly in data center projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our Site/Civil Team in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Civil Engineer to lead and contribute to large, technically complex projects.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Guide a multidisciplinary approach to large, technically complex projects.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior civil engineering staff.

  • Offer production support for building projects using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

  • Prepare civil design models and engineered drawings for plans such as site layouts, underground utilities, site grading, erosion and sediment control (E&S) plans, and stormwater and sanitary calculations.

  • Work on elevations, cross-sections, and details of typical site features related to civil engineering.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering

  • Professional Engineers (PE) license

  • 8+ years of professional engineering experience, including knowledge or previous experience with the following

  • Sizing of underground piping systems

  • Knowledge of underground utility systems, in particular gravity systems (stormwater and sanitary)

  • Knowledge of site engineering including site layout, parking, roadways, hardscape/softscape, site grading and utilities and modeling those systems

  • Zoning code reviews and analysis

  • Knowledge of Land Development Process, State, Federal and Local permitting processes and time lines

  • Data Center experience including Due Diligence, Master planning, Detailed design and modular design

  • PC Proficiency: Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Adobe, Blue Beam Revu, Microsoft Office

  • Proficient in Stormwater design, calculations, modeling, and Green infrastructure

The base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 to $180,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
