Must be able to pick up bags of thin set, set up and break down a tile saw, read a tape measure, make cuts on a tile saw and grinder, etc. Having transportation is a plus but if you live near me I'm willing to drive you. Keeping me installing and not cleaning or making cuts is the purpose of hiring a helper.
