Trillium Construction is now hiring in Brunswick, GA.

Our client specializes in pre-engineered metal buildings and they are now hiring for a Traveling Superintendent to help manage a large project they have in Brunswick, GA. This is a 100,000 sq ft expansion of an existing industrial facility. The project includes new addition, new office space buildout, and interior finishes. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all onsite activities, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and productivity throughout the construction lifestyle. This is a long term contracted position with a weekly rate of $2,000.00 plus $4,500 monthly per diem for housing, meals, and travel plus mileage reimbursement.

Project Scope:

100,000 sq. ft. addition to an existing operational facility.

New office space and interiors, including MEP and finish work

Site utilities, foundations, steel, and coordination with ongoing facility operations

Duties:

-Lead onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, schedule, safety protocols, and project specifications

-Supervise subcontractors, trades, and vendors across structural, MEP, and finish phases

-Conduct daily safety meetings and uphold strict OSHA safety compliance

-Coordinate deliveries, crane operations, and panel erection for tilt-up construction

-Manage scheduling, inspections, and logistics to minimize disruption to existing operations

-Maintain daily logs, progress photos, field reports, and communicate regularly with the Project Manager

Qualifications:

-5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction

-OSHA 30 Certification preferred

-Ability to read and interpret structural, civil, and MEP plans

-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

-Must be willing to travel and stay onsite for the full duration of the project

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
