DESCRIPTION

Spitzer Management is Elyria is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers, while growing their career. The Maintenance Associate will assist with work inside and outside on any dealership and rental property, performing maintenance duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Changing lights and ballasts, inside and outside the properties

Wire pulling, safety switch installation, pipe bending typically ' and '

Painting

Checking roof or gutter issues with the use of a ladder

Identifying and fixing toilets, urinals, and drain issues

Operating and maintaining equipment and tools, such as a lift truck

Other duties may be assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic knowledge of electrical and plumping

Good work ethic

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
