Equipment Operator Land Clearing Frontier Environmental Services Washington, PA, US 4 days ago Quick Job type Full-time Quick Job description As a Land Clearing Equipment Operator , you'll work in the clearing phase of natural gas and oil pipeline construction, as well as other environmental projects across PA, WV, and OH. You'll play a key role operating heavy equipment especially Rotobec loaders and Feller Bunchers to efficiently and safely clear land while minimizing disruption to surrounding areas. Operate Rotobec loaders, Feller Bunchers, and other heavy equipment for ditching, excavating, backfilling, clearing, and more. Assist with site prep and material handling. Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure peak performance. Load and secure equipment and materials for transport. Support laborers with machine alignment, movement, and adjustments. Properly secure the work site and equipment at the end of each shift. Follow all company and client policies and procedures with attention to detail and quality. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience operating heavy construction equipment (pipeline or land clearing experience preferred). Experience with Rotobec and Feller Buncher equipment is a strong plus. High school diploma or GED (relevant experience may be considered in place of education). Must be 18 years or older. Ability to pass drug screening and background check. Willingness to travel, work weekends, and extended hours as needed. Ability to build positive working relationships and communicate clearly. Physical & Work Environment Work outdoors in all weather conditions, from below freezing to 90+ degrees. Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and vibrations; moderate to loud work environment. Perform heavy physical work, frequently lifting over 50 lbs and occasionally over 100 lbs. Regularly climb, kneel, crouch, stoop, reach, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
