• Batchelor s degree in engineering or construction management preferred

• Responsible for managing the design, construction, and startup of wastewater projects.
• Manage the design process with outside consultants as well as onsite project oversight as the owner s representative during construction.
• Responsible for coordination with internal stakeholders, most notably wastewater operations, as well as outside stakeholders including contractors, regulators, property owners, and inspectors.
• Oversee and assist in the development of bid documents and specifications, coordinate bidding processes, review bids, and make recommendations for project awards.
