Project Superintendent

Are you an accomplished Project Superintendent with ground up large box commercial experience, If so we encourage you to apply now! I have a client actively seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead diverse projects, including large box retail, gas stations, auto dealerships, warehouses, and grocery stores. As an on site leader you will be instrumental in ensuring every project is built safely, precisely to design specifications, and delivered on schedule.

responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards design plans, and project timelines
  
  
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel
  
  
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations, including OSHA standards
  
  
• Oversee quality control throughout the construction process
  
  
• Communicate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and other clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising large box ground up commercial construction (Grocery stores, Retail, Auto Dealerships, Warehouses)
  
  
• Current certifications in OSHA required, CPR certification preferred however can be obtained with a paid online course
  
  
• Proven experience to lead construction teams effectively with great communication and organization
  
  
• Ability to travel more than 90% of the time throughout the continental United States
  
  
• A project list is required

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 45lbs

standing for 4 hours at one time
