Welder / Fabricator Full Time Entry Level Welcome

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Pay: Based on experience + Overtime Available

Were a hands-on fabrication shop with over 30 years in the industry, and were looking for a hardworking individual to join our team. Welding experience is a plus but if youre eager to learn, reliable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty, well train the right person.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Learn to MIG weld steel parts and structures
Assist with layout, cutting, grinding, and assembly
Use basic hand tools and shop equipment
Help with custom builds and small production runs
Keep the shop organized and safe

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Some welding or shop experience is helpful, but not required
Willingness to learn and take instruction
Reliable transportation and good attitude
Physically able to lift and move steel/materials
Punctual and ready to work
