One of Colorado’s top commercial contractors is looking for a Senior Superintendent to run large-scale ground-up and renovation projects across education, healthcare, municipal, multifamily, and more.

This team doesn’t just build buildings—they build careers, relationships, and communities.

• Take the lead on-site, managing day-to-day operations from precon to closeout

• Create and manage schedules, direct field staff and subs, and ensure top-notch quality and safety

• Serve as the face of the project in the field—problem solver, communicator, and leader

• Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams

• Mentor junior superintendents and field engineers while maintaining a strong jobsite culture

• 10+ years in commercial construction, with proven leadership on large jobs ($20M–$100M+)

• Deep knowledge of ground-up construction, concrete, steel, and interior finishes

• A natural leader who earns respect through action, not ego

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with Procore, MS Project, and other modern tools a plus

• OSHA 30 required; CHC, LEED, or PMP a bonus
