A highly respected general contractor with deep roots in Colorado’s mountain communities is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury custom home builds in some of the most scenic and technically demanding environments in the West.

This company has been building high-end residences in the Rockies for over four decades and is known for craftsmanship, client relationships, and building some of the most architecturally stunning homes in the region.

• Lead all phases of custom residential construction from preconstruction through final hand-off

• Manage budgets, schedules, subs, and client communication with precision and professionalism

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to bring complex visions to life

• Oversee high-end finishes and custom detailing to the highest standards

• Problem-solve in real time in remote, mountain-based settings where logistics can be challenging

• 5+ years of experience managing high-end custom home projects (ideally in mountain environments)

• Strong technical understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and budgets

• Ability to work closely with clients while managing subcontractors and field teams

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and communication

• Passion for craftsmanship and building homes that last generations
