Job Title: Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection Project Manager Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience in AISC structural steel fabrication and erection . The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all phases of structural steel projects, from pre-construction through final erection. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that values technical expertise, organization, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage structural steel fabrication and erection projects from start to finish

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope

  • Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and field erection teams

  • Review and interpret structural drawings and specifications

  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment

  • Monitor field activities and resolve site issues as needed

  • Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

  • Ensure compliance with AISC standards, safety protocols, and quality control procedures

  • Use FabTrol and Tekla for material tracking, production planning, and model review



Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in AISC structural steel fabrication and erection (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (highly preferred)

  • Experience with FabTrol and Tekla software (highly preferred)

  • Strong understanding of steel fabrication shop processes and erection sequencing

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and shop drawings
