As a Commercial Roofing Estimator , you’ll play a pivotal part in project success by:

• Developing detailed and competitive estimates for large-scale Multi Family, and commercial roofing projects

• Performing precise take-offs from blueprints, architectural drawings, and jobsite data

• Collaborating with PMs, sales, and clients to deliver winning bids

• Reviewing contract documents for accuracy, risk, and scope clarity

• Managing submittals, change orders, and closeouts with excellence

5+ years of proven success as a Commercial Roofing Estimator Deep understanding of systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, and Metal Ability to interpret specs, code requirements, and blueprints Skilled in The Edge, On-Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent time management, organization, and communication
