Cabinet Shop Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Shop Craftsman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing high-end custom cabinets and other millwork. You will work with a variety of materials including wood, veneers, laminates, and solid surface materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. A background in woodworking, cabinetry, or a related field is preferred, as is experience with CNC machines and other advanced tools.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate, install, and finish custom cabinets and millwork using a variety of materials and techniques
Assemble and install cabinets and millwork onsite or in the shop
Perform minor electrical tasks such as installing LED lighting fixtures.
Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship
Communicate with project managers and other team members to coordinate work and ensure project timelines are met
Use CNC machines and other advanced tools as needed
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or a related field
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Proficiency in cabinetry installation and finishing techniques.
Experience with CNC machines and other advanced tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
